Training Services

All security officers working in the UK must hold an SIA licence or dispensation notice. SIA licensing requires all officers to complete Level 2 in Security Guarding with conflict management.

All officers receive 2 days induction training for any site that they are assigned. Site specific training, such as first aid, may be provided according to the assignment requirements.

Career Development training courses are available to staff after 6 months service with the company. These include City and Guilds and National Vocational Qualifications in security.
