When our pest control technicians carry out their normal routine treatments, they fill out the action report. These reports indicate whether pests are present and the level of infestation. They detail the treatment that has been carried out and any recommendations relating to hygiene, stacking and proofing.

Our fully qualified field audit inpectors visit site normally four times each year. The audit inpectors look closely at the treatment techniques that have been used. They will offer additional advice by way of a hand written report and they send a comprehensive typed report, usually within a week of the visit.
